At the 4th Annual General Meeting held on 27th October 2003 the following Committee was elected unopposed:

At this meeting President Bill Frazier gave a splendid report informing us that membership was then at 160 and growing over the last year. He did say that usually only about 50 actually attend meetings.
The Buddy System so successfully operated solely by former President, John Schmidt has been expanded during this the year of 2003 to include the following areas and buddies:

On 6th November 2003 a bus load of members enjoyed a trip to Serpentine Falls and a visit to a tractor museum.

A Christmas Social Luncheon was organised at Edwards Waterfront Restaurant on 4th December 2003. All members brought a small an exchange gift, many hand made, and a “lucky dip” gave everyone an exciting small present.
